The festival ‘Raksha Bandhan’ symbolizes protection where a band (rakhi) is tied by a sister to brother; brother to brother; son to mother; son to father; Hindu to Muslim and so on. Essence is protection and safety.
“All Indians are my brothers and sisters”, and it is my sacred responsibility to protect them.
